Helix Snail in Gold & Mauve
This little helix atrolabiata snail was documented by Wilhelm Kobelt in Russia in 1903, and appeared in his book 'Systematisches Conchylien-Cabinet' in 1906. No one has seen once since, so it’s suspected that Wilhelm misidentified the little gastropod.
