Add tracking for $10

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies, but we try to ship within 1-3 business days.

Our standard shipping is via Canada Post First Class Lettermail, which does NOT include tracking. You also have an option to add tracking for an additional fee.

Estimated delivery times:

Canada: 3-7 but up to 15 business days

United States: 5-14 but up to 20 business days

Europe: 10-21 but up to 30 business days.

We do our best to ship quickly, but cannot guarantee delivery times once a package leaves our studio.

Local Pick-up

Local pick-up is available near Avenue Road and St. Clair West.

Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Judith Pudden Embroidery is not responsible for delays due to customs and border checks.
