Dress #106: Edwardian day dress in blues

This hand-stitched paper dress is based a cotton day dress from the late 1910s, offered for sale by Augusta Auctions in 2023. The original dress is of sheer printed cotton in a motif of green and blue circles, with white edge binding and trim, and a silk sash.

The dress is six inches tall, stitched by hand on 8x10 inch 100% cotton watercolour paper, which means that it will pop right into any commercial frame in that size, and be ready to hang on your wall.
